Afiyah Therapeutic Services offers a free 15-minute phone or virtual consultation to assess compatibility and comfortability.

If you identify as Black, reside in Washington state, and are struggling to afford therapy, you are eligible to apply for funding (up to 8 free sessions) through their Free Therapy Fund.
